Refund & Reschedule Policy
Customers have the right to request a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment. Once a customer has attended the course at the scheduled date and time, a refund is no longer possible, as the training content is considered delivered.
1.0 Cancellation and Refund Policy
After the initial 14 days from the date of payment, refunds are not available. However, you may request to reschedule your training course to an alternative date or time.
The deposit paid to secure your training slot is non-refundable. This is due to advance booking costs, including room rental, trainer scheduling, and model preparation.
We require a minimum of one (1) month written notice for any changes to your course booking or training date.
If a course is cancelled due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, political unrest, civil disturbance, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your training to a later date. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date or location if necessary. In such cases, delegates will be contacted promptly to arrange an alternative date.
We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates whose behaviour is considered disruptive, defamatory, or detrimental to the delivery of the course.
1.1 Reschedule Policy
Attendees may reschedule their course booking a maximum of one (1) time.
The training course may also be rescheduled if the trainer is unable to conduct the session on the booked date. In such circumstances, customers will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
